Although most of our FCSP streams take place in Leeds, either at Wharf Chambers or the Brudenell Social Club, we love taking the show on the road. It’s a great way to meet new fellow fans of all things brown and white, plus it makes for some pretty cool days out. In the past we’ve streamed games at the legendary 1 in 12 Club in Bradford, Hebden Bridge Trades Club and Rob’s house at the end of a ‘Kohlfahrt’ (long story!). We’ve streamed in Hull recently and earlier this season we battled with very poor wifi at the Coach & Horses pub in Dronfield next to Sheffield FC, the world’s oldest football club. Last season we managed Salford and the year before it was Manchester. So where next?
St Pauli’s last home game of the season on Sunday 14 May coincides with our 6th anniversary. With Wharf Chambers unavailable we are once again taking the show on the road, streaming at Wakefield’s Red Shed from 5pm. It should be a good crowd, with plenty of YSP members joined by Derby St Pauli and the newly formed Manchester St Pauli. We’ll be celebrating our anniversary, St Pauli surviving relegation for another year and the end of the season. If you’d like to join us, we’ll make you feel very welcome. Entry is by voluntary donation and all proceeds will be donated to Viva con Agua, the charity founded by one of our former players that seeks to provide basic water and sanitation worldwide. Sunday 14 May at 5pm. In Wakefield. In a shed. That’s red. We are the magical St Pauli. Come and join us.
